    OUR RETREAT LEADER

Angus Stuart has been Rector of St. Francis-in-the-Wood since 2005. In 2010 he began performing "Testament of a Naked Man" as a dramatization of the Gospel of Mark learned by heart from the New Revised Standard Version of the Bible (see

www.testamentofanakedman.com). Angus recently completed a 28 date sabbatical tour performing "Testament of a Naked Man" across North America. He has now also learned the Gospel of John which will be the basis of this retreat.
In all of this he has come to discover the memorization of scripture as a valuable form of contemplative practice. This retreat is an invitation to come and let the Word of God become flesh in you and bear fruit in your life.
