St. John's Extraordinary Vestry Meeting And Vote

An Extraordinary Vestry Meeting will be held on Sunday, May 29, 2022 in the church sanctuary following the service to conduct a secret ballot vote on initiating a merger with St. Martin's. This is in response to St. Martin's vote to initiate a merger with St. John's.

There is also a Zoom link for an anonymous poll vote for those not able to attend in person.  Please find that information directly below.

In order to vote at the Extraordinary Vestry Meeting by zoom please note the following:

If you are watching the service livestream on YouTube, you will need to switch to Zoom to vote after the service.

Only one person can vote on one device.  Two people cannot vote on the same device.

You cannot vote over the phone.  That means you will need a screen to vote (smart phone, tablet or computer)

Please turn into Zoom by 11:00AM.  You may have to wait for the service to conclude.
