Every Tuesday of the week from 10:30am to 11:30 am our Seniors Exercise Program meets and works up a gentle sweat. Our Coordinator Merilyn is great at motivating and promoting healthy living through movement and exercise. This program is specifically geard for seniors and anyone can drop in and join. The exercises are carefully thought out and get the whole body moving. We work out to music and enjoy each other's company as well. Don't worry about what level of fitness you are in, just come and join the group and get moving.
