A very well trained and experienced yoga instructor has agreed to start a class at St John’s if there is enough interest. The class would be on Tuesdays from 10:00am to 11:00am. In an email to me she explained what kind of classes she could offer:
"I would be happy to offer a weekly session consisting of gentle yoga or chair yoga movements with breath work, brain-fitness components (following the Brain Gym exercise methods) and either Laughter Yoga or meditation. I am a certified Hatha and Kundalini yoga teacher as well as a Brain Gym instructor and Laughter Yoga instructor”.
Doesn’t that sound fantastic? Of course it does! If you are interested please let me or Leeann know and we will put you on our list. If you have any questions please direct them towards myself. We will be asking for a minimal donation, but that should not prevent anyone from participating. If that is an issue, please just talk to me.
I’m excited about this and I hope you are as well. These classes are drop in and absolutely beginner friendly. Let’s get our body and mind fit with yoga!
