Have you asked yourself, "What can I do about homelessness?" Well, here's how you can make a difference: Join in the Long, Long Night of Hope to bring awareness to the issue, and raise funds by sleeping out in the cold in your vehicle or on your porch.

The Long, Long Night of Hope is hosted by St. John Anglican Church and St. Catherine’s Anglican Church in North Vancouver. In its 6th year now, 100% of the proceeds go to local shelters: the Lookout Society in North Vancouver and Kelowna’s Gospel Mission shelter.

Our participants in North Vancouver and Kelowna have slept in their cars or on they decks to give themselves a tiny taste of what being homeless is like, all in an effort to raise money for the Lookout shelter in North Vancouver and the Union Gospel Mission in Kelowna.  The event may be over, but fundraising will continue until March 20th. Please go to www.longlongnightofhope.ca to make a donation. Thank you all for your generosity.
