 Starting your day with a morning prayer routine can be a powerful way to set the tone for the rest of your day. Praying in the morning can help to center your mind and focus your intentions, setting a positive and peaceful tone for the day ahead.  

Morning prayers can have a variety of benefits for both the mind and body. Physically, prayer can help to reduce stress and improve overall well-being. Mentally, prayer can provide clarity and focus, helping to center the mind and prepare for the day ahead. Spiritually, prayer can provide a sense of connection and grounding, helping to align oneself with a higher power or purpose. 

Also, Jesus prayed in the morning so it must be a good thing!
