The Memorial Service for Joan Coogan will be held today.  A long-time parishioner of St. Martin's church, Joan embraced the merger with St. John's and jumped into the new, blended congregation with grace and ease. She was a volunteer extraordinaire. From the Coffee Hour Team to the 125th Anniversary Celebration Team, Joan worked hard and brought warmth and humour to everything she touched. Her faith was deep, her friendships were true, and she will be deeply missed.
May Joan rest in peace and rise in glory.
