It has been another year of many exciting challenges, adaptations, and special events.  St. John’s will be having its annual Vestry Meeting and we would really like you all to attend.  The meeting will be held in-person right after the service on Sunday, February 22. The meeting will be in person in the Lounge downstairs and on Zoom. For Zoom the Meeting ID is: 861 1696 8866 Passcode 233085

The Vestry Meeting is an opportunity for parishioners to hear about the ministry, administration and finances of the church. We will have a review of 2025, and approve the 2026 budget and Parish Council. The Vestry Report electronic version will soon be available and hard copies will be ready for distribution one week before the meeting. If you require a hard copy of the Report, you can pick it up at the church or please contact Donna at the office and she will mail it to you. Soon you will find the electronic Vestry Report in the download below. 

This is a very important meeting we have every year and this is certainly no exception.  Please do mark this in your calendar and plan on being a part of the ongoing governance of our Church.  If you have any questions or concerns please contact the office. 

To be eligible to vote at Vestry, you must:

  • be baptized, and fifteen years or older in age
  • have your name on the official parish list for three months or more
  • be an accustomed worshipper in this parish
  • online attendees must appear on camera to confirm their identity
