Three or four times a year St John's has a Contemplative Service instead of its regular Sunday service. The Contemplative Service is a quieter and more silence filled Eucharistic service. The service allows more space for prayerful contemplation and the liturgy (the words of the service) are contemporary, inclusive and spirit filled. In keeping with this tradition, we would kindly ask that on the Sunday of the Contemplative Service you enter the sanctuary quietly and after the service leave in a similar way.
