Before the pandemic Andrea was offering once weekly chair yoga exercise classes.  We are very pleased to announce the classes are back!

Andrea explains the classes this way, "we will be doing gentle yoga movements and breathing exercises that can be done by anybody. We will create positive energy that elevates the mood of all participants".

The Classes are on Fridays at 10:00am to 11:00am.  Donations are kindly accepted at the door.  Come and get fit again with chair yoga!
